What does a revenue operations consultant actually do?

A RevOps consultant aligns your marketing, sales, and customer-success systems so revenue data is accurate and the funnel is measurable end to end. In practice that means engineering your CRM, connecting attribution, automating manual workflows, and building reporting leadership can trust.

How is RevOps consulting different from buying a RevOps tool?

A tool gives you capability; it doesn't give you a working system. Most teams already own the tools and still can't trust their numbers, because nothing was implemented properly or connected. We build and operate the system — which is also why we built our own RevOps platform rather than only advising on them.
