team
that can help them to test a new product that was going to market. We were able
to
find them a group of QAs, conduct a quality review of a product and successfully
launch it, a few weeks after review.
This little project has payed off
with a great
product that is used by millions of people worldwide and successful partnership
between TRON and Scimus for many years.

The Story of TRON

Our customer has extensive experience with decentralized internet, they are one of the pioneers in decentralized services and serving around 100M users monthly. Founded in September 2017, the TRON network has continued to deliver impressive achievements since MainNet launch in May 2018. July 2018 also marked the acquisition and the ecosystem integration of BitTorrent.

The TRON network has gained incredible traction in recent years, with over 130 million users on the blockchain and upwards of 4.4 billion transactions. In addition, TRON hosts the largest circulating supply of stablecoins across the globe, overtaking USDT on Ethereum in April 2021. The TRON network completed full decentralization in Dec 2021 and is now a purely community-governed DAO.

In 2020 when Tron was releasing a new application to market, they decided to have an external quality validation after the internal team had completed a full review. As this application was supposed to be used by millions of users, they wanted to make sure it would work correctly on all kinds of devices and would not create UX issues for users that see it for the first time. That is a time when Scimus got involved and was able to provide resources to get a job done on time and with a great quality.
The Problem of Resources
When we finished with a project and provided the result of our quality review, we got contacted by Tron with a proposal to provide resources for their team to help build new features and extend the application that we were testing just a couple weeks before. As we figured out, they were struggling to find new resources for a team due to shortage of labor on a market and technical quality of people they were interviewing.
At that point Scimus turned on a full recruitment speed and was able to hire all necessary resources in a couple of weeks.

We were one of the best companies at Upwork with a greate ratings and a lot of completed projects in testing and Quality Assurance. After a small interview with product managers at TRON we were able to assure them that we can get a job done quickly, with great quality and cost efficiently.
How Scimus Responded
We took this little project for a week very seriously, prepared a team of skilled QAs that were able to assess the quality of a new product, provide technical insights and UX issues to customers in a given period of time. After Scimus completed a quality assessment of a new product and delivered results as promised, we were able to expand our project scope with TRON and were able to provide new resources quickly and with the highest quality. Now we are working with TRON on multiple products, developing and testing new software for them and are able to enjoy a productive partnership between two companies. As both of us get what we want, we have a great client and TRON has a great team of people that care about their products.
